Position

A University Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining partnerships between InUni and our portfolio of partnered universities. The Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing strategic partnerships between our organization and universities. This role involves identifying potential university partners, fostering relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align partnership objectives with organizational goals. The University Partnerships Manager serves as a liaison between the organization and academic institutions to drive mutually beneficial initiatives.

Requirements

Strategic Partnership Development:

Identify and research potential university partners aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.

Develop a strategic approach to establish and maintain partnerships, considering long-term objectives and opportunities for collaboration.


Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner universities, including faculty, administrators, and department heads.

Serve as the primary point of contact for university partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and facilitating communication between parties.


Collaboration Facilitation:

Collaborate with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop joint initiatives, programs, and projects.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between the organization and partner universities.



Portfolio Management:

Monitor partnership agreements and milestones, ensuring compliance and accountability from both parties.


Promotion and Brand Awareness:

Promote partnership initiatives, achievements, and opportunities through various channels, including presentations, publications, and social media.

Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and networking events to raise awareness and attract potential university partners.


Performance Evaluation and Reporting:

Track and evaluate the performance and impact of university partnerships against predefined metrics and objectives.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting partnership outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is preferred.

· Proven experience in partnership development, preferably within the education sector.

· Strong understanding of university ecosystems, academic programs, and research areas.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and across organizational boundaries.

· Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

· Willingness to travel as required.
