The Tax Consultant will be involved in tax advisory activities, opinion drafting, researching tax laws including the planning, management, control, and submission of tax returns and similar fulfillments. The Tax Consultant will be involved on multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects that cover transaction planning, tax advisory due diligence, tax accounting, disputes with tax authorities and international tax topics such as cross-border VAT, transfer pricing, Pillar Two, CFC.
