CORPORATE DEBT & GRANT FINANCING MANAGER
Main Tasks
Working with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer to determine the optimal debt structure for the company and provide advice on debt financing strategies; Identifying and securing domestic and European financing opportunities and programs, including bank loans, convertible bonds, mini bonds, venture debt, grants and assignment of credits (e.g., VAT, Patent Box, etc.)Developing financial models to assess the impact of debt financingStructuring
